01 — What we collect
When you apply or make an enquiry we collect the details you provide: name, date of birth, contact details, location, modelling information, social media links, photographs and your message. For applicants under 18 we also collect parent or legal guardian details and consent.
02 — Why we collect it
We use this information only to assess applications, organise development programmes and showcases, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information.
03 — Who can see it
Applications, photographs and enquiries are stored securely and are visible only to authorised RUNWAY X administrators from Shanes Media House and Monarch Model Management. Application photographs are never published without separate permission.
04 — Minors
Applicants under 18 cannot be considered without verified parent or legal guardian consent. We contact the guardian before any participation.
05 — How long we keep it
We keep application information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, after which it is deleted.
06 — Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us through the contact page. This notice is aligned with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
