01 — About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the RUNWAY X website and to any application, registration or enquiry you submit. RUNWAY X is presented by Shanes Media House and Monarch Model Management.
02 — Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, representation, paid work or a place in any showcase. Selection is at the discretion of the RUNWAY X team. Information you provide must be accurate and your own.
03 — Photographs you submit
You confirm that you own, or have permission to share, any photographs you upload. Application photographs are used only to assess your application and are never published without your separate written permission.
04 — Applicants under 18
Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the consent section. The guardian will be contacted before any participation, and a guardian must accompany minors to fittings, rehearsals and showcases where required.
05 — Showcases and events
Event dates, venues and line-ups may change. Participants agree to follow event conduct, safety and scheduling instructions. Photography and video at events may be published by RUNWAY X; participants will be informed of this before taking part.
06 — No fees for applying
RUNWAY X does not charge a fee to submit an application through this website. Be cautious of anyone requesting payment in the RUNWAY X name and report it through our contact page.
07 — Website content
All text, design and imagery on this website belong to RUNWAY X or the respective rights holders and may not be reused without permission.
08 — Liability
The website is provided as-is. We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is always complete or current.
09 — Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
